Program Description
Transportation services will be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and transportation services will typically be provided for the following reasons:
- Transportation for medical appointments
- Transportation for school
- Transportation for recreational vocational and spiritual/cultural connections
- Transportation for therapy appointments
- Parental transportation
- Transportation for family or community connections
