Mariam's Staff is the work app for Mariam's Footsteps employees on iPhone and Android. Use it to see your schedule, clock in and out, and send requests to HR, IT and Operations.

Employees can also ask their supervisor, or send an IT request from inside the app. Please don't email client information.

Common Questions

How do I sign in?

Tap Sign in with Microsoft and use your Mariam's Footsteps work account, the same one you use for work email. If it says your account isn't linked, contact your supervisor or the office.

I forgot my PIN

On the lock screen, tap Forgot PIN?. You'll be signed out. Sign in again with your work account and choose a new 4-digit PIN.

Why was I signed out?

The app signs you out after 5 wrong PIN attempts, to keep client information safe. Sign in again with your work account and set a new PIN.

Can I use Face ID, Touch ID or my fingerprint?

Yes. Turn it on in Me › Settings › Security. Your PIN always works as well.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for Mariam's Staff in your phone's Settings app, then open Me › Settings › Notifications in the app. Notifications only say that something needs your attention. They never include client names or request details.

I got a new phone

Install Mariam's Staff on the new phone, sign in with your work account and set a PIN. Your PIN stays on each phone and isn't copied between them.

What is "Explore with sample data"?

It's a demo of the app filled with invented information. It doesn't connect to any Mariam's Footsteps systems, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Leaving the demo erases it.

How is my account created or removed?

Mariam's Footsteps creates accounts for employees; you can't sign up in the app. When you leave, your access is removed. For questions about your personal information, see our privacy policy or email us.
